Incidental Landscapes: Part 6 of 6

All these little nuances take thought, composure, and time.  I cannot rush this process.  These are the moments I take for myself. These are the moments where I lose myself to the pleasure of what I do. This is where I am at one with my voice and revel in the joy of creation.  Later, back in the editing suite, comes the moment of expression.  The treasured imagery that I wish to express, to share with other human beings is borne out of a spark, a glimpse, a glimmer, a feeling, a vision – something that evokes in me some kind of emotional response, an attachment or connection maybe.  A scene that strikes a chord.  I enjoy the editing process just as much as I enjoy being out in the world pressing the shutter release button. For me using Lightroom is like being back in the dark room; it is where the magic happens.  This is where my vision comes to fruition.
